What we repair

How we find the leak
Water rarely comes in where it shows on the ceiling. It runs along battens and joists and drips somewhere else. We go up, look at the whole roof, and trace where it's actually getting in before we touch anything. You get photos of what we find so you can see it for yourself. Then we fix that, not just the wet patch.
24 hour call-out
If water is coming in now, ring rather than message. We'll make it safe first, usually a temporary cover or a quick fix to stop the water, then come back and do the proper repair once it's dry. Landlords and letting agents: we can put a written inspection report together with photos for your records or your insurer.
